10X ERP, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates 10X Pulse, a multi-tenant real-time sales dashboard application ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address, password (stored in encrypted form), and any profile information you provide. If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your email address and name from your Google account.

2.2 Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform. This helps us improve the Service and provide better user experiences.

2.3 Sales Data

The Service displays sales metrics and performance data from your organization's 10X ERP system via 10X Insights (powered by Metabase). This data is processed and displayed within your tenant's isolated environment. We do not use this data for purposes other than displaying it to authorized users within your organization.

2.4 Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps. This information is used for security, analytics, and service improvement purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Display sales metrics and performance data from your organization
• Send you important notifications about the Service
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support

4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

10X Pulse is a multi-tenant application. Each organization (tenant) has its own isolated data environment. Your organization's sales data, user accounts, and settings are strictly separated from other tenants. Users can only access data within their authorized tenant(s).

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
